There are several inactive admins on the community (this is exluding the user Jgrubbs who has been busy in real life due to some recent incursions, but I am associated with him in the real world) with bureaucratic rights. In order to get a removal of their rights (this is not for being abusive but rather is just inactivity) there needs to be a community approval.
The reason why I would like removal of these rights on these users is that have remained inactive for over two months and having these rights automatically marks them as Admins on several system tools and gives them notifications as they are Admins. In particular there is one case of an admin who though inactive continues to re-add administrative rights when they are removed for inactivity. We have discussed much and they seem not to have the time or the ability to be able to help with the wiki and find it uncessary for them to keep those rights. Also I made a mistake in my part in being to quick with giving out Bureaucrat rights and did not take the time to understand their beliefs and theological beliefs in more detail. At this point Admins also will be studied much more than simply giving them out.
This is not to condemn such user (as why I keep the username private) and this is not in anger against them. I find it uncessary though for them to have such rights and need community approval for staff to remove them.
