The Law in Romans 7 is referring both to the moral and ceremonial law (see our section on the Israel article for more info). The moral law is God's overall comands (summarized in the Ten Commandments) that all Christians should try to obey and do. The ceremonial law is the ancient law of the Israelites God gave specifically to them.
Since Christ died the ceremonial law no longer applies, but the moral law does. There are some ceremonial laws that are also moral but the biggest and most notable ceremonial regulation that we are no longer bound to is sacraficing as Jesus was our sacrafice and therefore has no point.
