One of our large goals here at Bible Wiki is to help people become more literate in the Bible and in specific the target audience of Wikia. Biblical Illiteracy is a large problem and is also one reason why false teachings of the Bible are so widespread and believed, because people do not the original accounts and phrasing, and take it out of context. To help with this issue we have created our monthly Liturgical Calendar and monthly Bible Study programs. These programs can also serve as great aides to editing.
The Administrators have been using these programs to organize our editing, however we have received practically zero input or feedback about whether or not anyone is using our programs. We would like everyone reading this to take no more than 5 minutes to our survey so we can get real data on how our programs are being used. The most important thing out of this is to help us effectively increase the biblical literacy of those online, particularly of Wikians. The Bible is as essential for living as is bread and food and the problem of Biblical illiteracy is a big one. Only secondary will be the benefits of getting users to use their newfound biblical knowledge to write and expand our database.
Please share this survey with any Wikians, regardless if they participate here on Bible Wiki or even read their Bible. The goal of this is to equip us with real data that can help us make our community (and those online) more biblically literate, thus planting people into good soil (rather than being in the soil of thorns, or the rocky soil; if you do not understand this you might be biblical illiterate) and allowing tremendous growth in faith of Jesus Christ. By this we will also reap the benefits of combating the false information of the Bible spread, and provide an environment in which Bible readers can collaborate to develop an extensive database.
