Hi Sunshine. It's been a long time no see! I will respond to your questions about "being transgender" here, while your doubts about God and Salvation will be answered on your wall (SouthWriter; the other admin may answer or I will).
For quick clarification: we know for sure that the Bible supports there being only two genders. The language and wording from The Creation account in Genesis makes it abundantly clear that God made humanity as "Male and Female" and that Men and Women were designed to be unified as one flesh. Further Jesus quotes Genesis (the exact verses I referenced!) and reaffirms this in the Matthew .
Unfortunately, due to political correctness and ideals of universalism the phrase "being transgender" does not clearly convey your intended meaning. There are very rare cases where someone has a psychological disorder of gender identity, has unclear parts, or has no parts. There are also certain cases, like with eunuchs were people have parts removed for a certain occupation (the people guarded Esther and the candidates for Xerxes wife). The two cases I mentioned above (honestly the second one I don't have the experience, nor do I believe SouthWriter does to properly address that) are the two biblically acceptable cases of "being transgender".
Most commonly people who are "transgender", literally or wishingly do not legitimately struggle with this issue. It is very similar to homosexuality, because in Romans Paul writes homosexuality becomes main practice when people are godless. I think this is the vast majority of people who are physically transgender and those who identity as another gender. Having gender changed usually causes depression, infertility and other issues. Based on all of this it is evident that God did not design us to change genders, but assigned a certain one to us. For the rare cases with disorders struggling with gender identity is not sinful or against God's design, but submitting to those desires is submitting to what "you feel". This is submitting to the flesh in a sense. Those who have committed these acts can be forgiven as all sinners in all areas of sin can and will be if they have faith in Jesus Christ.
In conclusion, while switching genders is against God's design and is often a submission to the flesh, one can find confidence in knowing that God's gender selection was purposeful. There are many talents and struggles that are unique to each gender. These allow both Men and Women to serve God in different roles. God is the Creator, so He knows what He is doing when creating you. He also understands the temptation of the flesh and I am sure he has sympathy to those who have legitimate struggles.

What Supe said is correct. What is important when discussing this topic is to read and interpret the above Scriptural quotes in a way that makes sense to you. Note that I didn't say, "bend them to your will" but "interpret them in a way that makes sense to you".
The thing about being transgender is that not only does it, in most cases, rejects God's design for us, but it also implies that God either made a mistake when He made us, or knowingly made us trans. However, God is not the Author of Confusion.
Anyone's willingness to change because of a subconscious sensation not only shows a lack of self-control and willpower, but also shows (whether on purpose or not depends on the situation) a complete lack of love for God, which ruins the mutual nature of God's Love.
thank you yall guys :D
