We know from the Bible that Satan and the demons can posses humans. For example, in Matthew 5:
"1 They went across the lake to the region of the Gerasenes. 2 When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an impure spirit came from the tombs to meet him. 3 This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain. 4 For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. 5 Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones."
In the usual context of spiritual gifts I'd say that Satan cannot gift them. However, demons can use a possessed human. No one ever gains anything from Satan. The supernatural powers in the above passage are those of demons, not of gifts.
No, because a gift is something given by someone willfully.Jesus hath given to us the Holy spirit(the helper) who is to guide us and to give to us gifts. We do not deserve and we don't have to pay for it because he hath given it to us willfully. And for the devil to give you something, you have to do something for him. And..... that's not going to go well.
