The Bible does not actually describe what Jesus looked like- we just know that Jesus would have had the same skin color as everyone else around him.
That's right, but Revelation 1:13-15 does say what he will/has look(ed) like. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation+1&version=KJV
13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

9 “As I looked,
“thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.
His "race" is pretty unclear, but what I can say is that Jesus seems to have white hair. If Jesus had white hair during his ministry, it would probably have been said. After all, David was described as "ruddy" In 1 Samuel 16:12, something not too unusual.
