So, uhh, I was re-reading exodus, and I got to the part where Aron and Moses go to Pharoah, and Aron throws his staff on the ground, then yaweh turns it to a snake. And then it said the Pharoah called magicians and they did the same using a "secret art".

Bible Questions
He doesn't. Okay, he does, but not exactly.
People send themselves to Hell. Our actions determine our fate and consequences. And so God delivers that fate as respect to what the path we have chose.
"But God loves us despite what we do! (Unconditional love) So why does he still send us there?"
Because....clearly....we don't listen. God tells us to do things we shouldn't to in order to protect us from those consequences. But we if we choose not to listen to his warnings, we ignore him and ditch the love he has for us. We turn our backs. We break that trust for our own selves and so that's some backstab. It's like disobedient to a loving parent who tried over and over with you.
God doesn't like sending people to Hell. He even warns us not to. But because people don't listen and will disobey God and ditch him, mock him, tease him, use his name in vain and such.....and still hadn't felt guilty of what they done and turn from their ways, they don't have a place in God's kingdom. If they aren't loving, humble, and such, what gives them the right to be in his kingdom?
So when God will send people to Hell...it will be genuinely painful day for him because humans just don't listen and most of them hate him anyway
How can you be in his kingdom if you can't respect and listen to your king? And you have to KNOW GOD personally to be in his kingdom. (Has some friendship and such) Why would someone let a stranger to live in their home? So why would God let someone who doesn't know him live in his kingdom?
I need ideas for public bible schools
I live in the bethel district in the willamette valley
I'm an eleventh grader
How and why is this a sin? Didn’t god make us this way? Why would I go to hell for this? Please tell me. I’ve read the bible a lot but found nothing on why it could be bad.
-Sincerely, your local female bisexual teen
Like yes believe in God, but how??
(Also this wiki exists???? holy moly)
I'm new here and I have a very scary question to ask: if a person who's accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and is, therefore, a Christian, has deliberately done something so that a specific person that they personally hate goes to the Lake of Fire for eternity, is said Christian's eternal destiny down to the Lake of Fire now? In other words, have they blasphemed against the Holy Spirit?
I am asking this because I did something that I deeply regret and I believe my eternal punishment may be sealed. Months ago, a user named @JimLakeJr.339 joined the Tales of Arcadia wiki and started out a seemingly decent user, but he then did bad things that got himself blocked from the site, and since then, he's pretended that he's really someone else through different accounts and such, but those were blocked, too.
Eventually, his original account was banned by the FANDOM Staff themselves. Over the course of the wiki, he became an internet troll through these accounts and started making spam post. In his latest account, he even went as far as to call my friend @Elf Archer Nyx a "b*tch" and I responded by implying that he was one himself and calling him a hypocrite.
Following the confrontation, I read somewhere in one of the admins' blogs titled "Do Not Feed The Trolls" that said that internet trolls do what they do because they want one thing: attention. Therefore, I went to an obscure wiki and found him there, even though he's never done a single edit nor post on the said wiki, so I decided to give him the worst attention possible: by leaving a message on his wall that read, "Is Satan Really Such a Bad Guy?" and gave him a link to it. Here is the message and the link I gave him.
The reason why I gave him that message was that I knew exactly what the truth in the Bible was, and I knew I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, but after he harrassed my friend, I became truly hateful to him, so far to the point I wanted him to writhe in the Lake of Fire for eternity because of that. I had extremely strict standards on why people should go there. However, as I was doing so, I felt God was feeling ashamed at what I had just done, and my heart was beating.
I didn't realize what I was doing and began to think that, if he didn't understand how horrible that place is, I didn't either. I realized what I was doing was wrong, so I prayed to God that I would never do such a thing again, and never spoke to that user ever since because of how dangerous internet trolls are. That being said, I realized I was worse than said user when I sent him that link, and I was tearing up in remorse. This was something I did hours ago.
Now, I am feeling scared for my future after death and what could happen to me. After I have done all of that, what should I do now? Have I ruined the plan for my life that God gave me, and did I commit the Unforgivable Sin?
I'm planning on making a book series about children that are gifted abilites through their families commitment and a promise God has given to their parents or something of that sort. They have amulets that hold power from a person of the bible, making it their strength.
That's not wrong or controversial, is it?
Hewo! My name Josh and I really wanted to know! I know that Jesus can give his people "gifts" but can the devil, as well?
I argued with someone in YT comments section the other day over the origin of "Amen." He said that Christians who say it in God's name were not actually saying it in God's name but in some some Egyptian God's name Amen Ra. Apparently theres a whole conspiracy theory about it being adopted by Jews during their enslavement or whatever but its very strange. Every site I looked at that supported the theory was very biased and blatantly had an agenda behind it. I initially dismissed it as some atheist trying to sow seeds but eventually I did some research on the etymology of the word and I found that in the Talmud 119b, it says that it is an acronym of "El Melekh ne’eman" or God Faithful King. My question is, are either of these the origins for the word or is it something else?
Some people identify the woman in adultery in the Gospel of John with Mary Magdalene , is this a correct identification?
I saw this at TV Tropes and it begs a good question:
It seems to be pretty explicit that in the scriptures, God's not exactly a 'big fan' of his creation answering back and doing as they please. He's quick to punish those who go against his will.
Now, many theists have argued the opposite, that Free Will comes from God's own omniscience, he does not want robots for creations, and he respects our choices. If this were the case, he would not have labelled any perceived transgression against him as "Sin" and reward it with death. He would not be surrounded by Angels who tend to his every whim for fear of swift exile from his presence if they don't obey. If he respected Free Will, we would not go to Hell, but rather, like the Prodigal Son asking for his inheritance, we go wherever we choose, for better or for worse.
This begs the question - why even have Free Will at all if its pointless at best, or results in immediate consequence at worse? If he doesn't approve of our decisions, then was this Satan's own doing in corrupting Adam and Eve somehow? Aka "original sin"?
Since God is omnipotent, didn't he technically create and allow evil?
At what point in the Bible does it make sense to take ages seriously? (Noah was 950 I believe)
If you believe that the (KJV) Bible is the word of God, then you must watch this before being more deceived. Thanks. God bless.

I'm aware of what this covers, but my friends obviously do not. They have taken the "only what is named approach" to the commandments. It is my understanding that Moses delivered the commandments to his group and at that point it was obeyed to the letter. When Jesus came around, he expanded on them and gave extra context with other problems (cursing). They say that God is the only off-limits word (in vain). I said that since they are defamatory (with F being directly related to sex as an acronym) they shouldn't be used. To which they then said that them being man-made, they are excusable. Your thoughts?
If Heaven exists, how could Hell exist? How could someone be happy in Heaven knowing that millions upon millions of people, likely including their loved ones, are suffering in Hell? If in Heaven your mind is changed so drastically that it no longer bothers you, then you are no longer you.
I realize this is somewhat weird as it's also based on faith, but still.
