Tiberius Caesar, born as Tiberius Claudius Nero, was the second Emperor of Rome following the death of Augustus, in the fifteenth year of his office, Pontius Pilate was the governor of Judea and Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist [1], Tiberius was also the emperor in the Time when Jesus Christ was crucified, but he had no part in this action. When Jesus asked for a coin and asked whose face was on it, it would have been the face of Tiberius that was seen [2] (unless it was an old coin).
