Early life
A Danite from the town of Zorah named Manoah had a wife who was unable to have children.[1] An Angel appeared to Manoah's wife and assured her that should would become pregnant with a baby boy and that he would free Israel from the current Philistine oppression and would be a Nazirite (a child who is dedicated to God from birth and cannot be shaved[2]).[3]
