Seraphim (singular:Seraph) are heavenly beings described in Isaiah's vision of God on this throne. Though they are mentioned only in Isaiah's vision, they are very similar, if not identical to the Four Living Creatures in John's own vision of God's throne. Unlike Angels who act as God's agents on Earth or Cherubim who act as guardians of God's presence, the Seraphim are described worship attendants to God.
