Songs of Songs (Songs) or Song of Solomon is the twenty-second book of the Old Testament, written by Solomon. The Song of Songs is an erotic love poem, between Solomon and one of his wives or betrothed, the Shulamite. Using euphemistic language for sexual imagery, Songs narrates the intimate love between Solomon and his wife.
