We find the Tree of life in the restored paradise in Revelation. In Rev 2:7 to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the MIDST of (See Eden) the paradise of God. The Tree of Life is a tree in the middle of the Garden of Eden. By eating its fruit, mankind could live forever. However, Adam and Eve also eat the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil[1] and are subsequently evicted from Eden. Since they can no longer eat from the Tree of Life, they become mortal. All humans now must face death.
